A Quaker Medalliona Cross Stitch Pattern by Modern Folk Embroidery

This design was influenced by traditional Quaker medallions and the embroideries of Sweden. The design can be framed or stitched as a larger pincushion. Stitched on 32 count linen (or 16 count aida) it would measure approximately 15.5 cm in height and width. When stitching with 2 pulled strands of floss, between 13 and 17 metres of floss are required. This design features only whole crosses and can be stitched on either linen or aida fabric.
