At The Gatea Cross Stitch Pattern by White Willow Stitching

Does anyone know if this cross stitch is a stamped pattern or is it counted? I don't enjoy the counted designs but sometimes it isn't clear to me which it is. I'm fairly new to this so can you also explain how I can tell the difference in the descriptions that are given? Here is the description for this design: At the Gate is a White Willow Stitching original design created to have that gritty old fashioned southwest look. This horse cross stitch chart is designed to be completely stitched in full stitches. There are no specialty or fractional stitches and the fabric color will not show through.
