Kristi, Post Supplies Please

I have always liked this cute autumn chart and have seen a variety of different sampler type threads listed to stitch this design elsewhere, but I would like to know if there is a DMC conversion supplied by the designer (I know this is wishful thinking because I do not want to have to do my own guess work for substituting threads when I cannot find a conversion listed anywhere). Thanks so much.
