It's a girl!
When I was stitching this, the baby hadn't been born yet, but her parents called her Pickle. It's her official middle name. Her first name is Lorelei. Her grandmother thought it would be fun to have Pickle on the announceneny.

Great if you want a quick gift
I wanted a gift shortly after my granddaughter was born, and this project delivered.
It isnt very complicated.
Beginners, start in the middle and take your time. The instructions are really good.

Really Cute
I am a beginner at this and was learning as I went along. Counted cross stitch is more difficult than I thought with no marks on the fabric at all. But I persisted and it came out very nicely. It took me a lot longer I'm sure than the average experienced stitcher. I was satisfied with the directions and the information to complete this and have it look good enough for a gift.

Nice kit. My eyesight is not the greatest but I completed this project in about three evenings. Everything was included--no need to purchase a frame. Easy to follow pattern. It assembled nicely and the hoop was a good quality for the price. Great for beginners or people who enjoy quick projects.

Nice weekend project
Bought this kit to make and include with a shower gift. My eye sight is not the best due to age, but this went together nicely. Pattern was easy to follow and was very reasonably priced as it included everything.I didn't even have to buy a frame. I completed the project within about 3 evenings. Everything CrossStitch is an amazing site. Their product line is enormous and their shipping rates are the best in the business.
