Accuracy essential!
I actually had to stop this project halfway through and start over. It required total accuracy and I had lost a couple of stitches somewhere. Second try I laid out a grid using black thread so I could be sure that I was accurate.

This is described as ash gray - very light. But it’s actually a dark gray. Just hoping I have the right color thread - the numbers match.
