Brothersa Cross Stitch Pattern by Charting Creations

Hi fellow stitchers, After thinking about whether or not to order this pattern for weeks, I decided to order it. I've already started this project and I'm really enjoying it. It's huge, 42 pages in all, but some pages will go by pretty quickly. I stitch without a hoop using the sewing method. I started with 2 strands of floss, but it was too bulky for my taste and too hard to stitch so I ripped it out and decided on using 1 strand of floss. The stitches look very delicate and neat and tidy. This will take a long time to finish, but it will be fun to work on and amazing when it's done. It will be nice to cuddle up with this winter! I'll try to post pics of my progress. Happy stitching this winter!

Hi again! I don't mean to be high maintenance : ), but do you think i should use the bone color, or mushroom color Laguna fabric? Or something lighter for this pattern? Thanks!

Is this pattern easy to follow? Is it a black and white pattern? Does it specify a skill level? Thanks!

Yes it is huge! ! I but I think it's worth it if it turns out as beautiful as pictured. I've done several projects and am used to working on linen. These stitches are smaller than I've done, but I think i can get use to it. I'm also a sucker for big projects. I did a project that took over a year to complete with factional stitches etc., this would probably take longer, but when it's done and looks amazing it's a great feeling. I just want the pattern to be as great as it looks. Happy stitching! !

Hi. This pattern calls for 25 count even weave fabric. What size Laguna fabric should I use? Is the pattern stitched over one thread? Is this a cover all design? Anything else you can tell me about this pattern? Thank you!
