Wrong item send to Iceland
Hello I order this picture in December but today I got my order but not this picture instead I got the stocking. I already paid for express mail and then I paid the custom in Iceland for a wrong item. Please let me know who you are going to clair this mistake.

One year
It took me one year to stitch this. It is smaller then the Artecy one I'm working on now. Will I need a whole year to get the Artecy one done?

Pattern images match with thread colour
Hello everyone,
I am working on this pattern and also away on vacation.
I packed up all of my supplies and headed out. Just now I settled down to cross stitch and realized I do not have my colour chart...
So...I have the pattern, thread, stitching, and now I cannot continue because I don't know what a red triangle for example belongs to.
Is there somewhere I can find a chart to translate the pattern images to their corresponding threads?
