Cavalier King Charlesa Cross Stitch Pattern by Artecy Cross Stitch

I have done crewel and ribbon embroidery before but never cross stitch. Although I do hand piece and quilt and thus feel comfortable with threads and needles, I need some advice as to whether this would be way over my head. The beginner kits I have seen do not interest me and I would like to be excited about this first time project. Does this come with instructions? I have been looking at video tutorials about cross stitching, so I have some idea as to how to proceed but I am not sure if this particular project is too advanced.
