With some tweaks, this worked out well
Once I made some simple changes to the Hebrew (changing the samech to a mem sofit by flattening the bottom and adding stitches to close the gap and square up the bottom right corner) this project worked out well. I would recommend getting your own floss, however, since what they sent to me was overkill in some colors and lacking in others... I probably have enough left to get more canvas and make a second one...
