ECS has an excellent customer service department. Unfortunately, they are not open on the week-end. I suggest you send an email and follow up with a phone call Monday morning.

I do apologize for your order issue, however, any order related questions, should be directed to our Customer Service department. Just simply contact us by phone or email and one our customer service reps will be able to assist you with any issues relating your order. Make sure to have your order number handy so they are able to look up the order in a timely manner for you :) If you don't have an order number, they can look you up by name. If you've lost track of your order number and you made the order online, you can get to it through your account here. Click on your name in the upper right corner, where it says "You're logged in as:". Then click on Your Order/Billing History. All your online orders should appear there, with the order numbers in the leftmost column. Hope this helps!
