When finished would you tie the four corners of the block? And what would you tie it with?

Tieing

These blocks are quilted after the quilt is put together would you tie the corners or how would you get the batting to not move so it doesn't bunch up. Can someone give me ideas I am new to this but want to make a quilt for my bed.
