The project I am about to start has a suggestion for two different colors. I think I’d like to do it on 28 count clay Linda from Zweigart. I will be working over two stitches. I cannot find this fabric anywhere. Might you have this or can you suggest something close to this color? The other suggested fabric was on 14 count cobblestone but I don’t know if that comes in 28 count. See photo.

My first time stitching on the 18 count Wichelt linen. Do I use 2 threads over two? Thank you.

In the June 2020 issue of Just Cross Stitch magazine..on page 37, there is a Watercolor Blooms stitchery that suggests 27-count Pyramid natural/white fabric, be used. I can't seem to find it in your catalogue of cross stitch fabrics. Can you tell me what a comparable fabric to order, might be?

I have a beautiful pattern that calls for a 28 count linen in amber. I've never worked with linen before but, I don't think that will be a problem. I am more concerned about the color of the fabric. In the cross stitch picture the color is more of a pale peach tone than amber which looks more grey to me. I don't know what to do. If I go with my first idea I may end up with a piece of material that is too bright. If I select the amber I might think it's too somber. Does anyone have a suggestion? It's really hard to judge from the tiny swatch I can see of both fabrics online. Also, there is a possibility that I might buy the fabric somewhere else. The instructions call for an 18" x 27" piece. I can only get a piece that is 17" x 26". Will that be big enough?! I really welcome all advice! One last question - If I were to completely change fabrics and switch to a 14 count aida cloth, would I have to get a larger piece of fabric? Thank you for allowing me to ask questions. You can probably tell I haven't been doing cross stitch very long but, I really like it!

The pattern I am interested in is 103 stiches wide (7.4 inches) and 147 stitches high (10.5 inches) on 14 count fabric. I want to stich this on linen with each stitch covering 2 fabric threads. What count linen do I need to purchase please? If I used 32 count linen what would the dimensions of the finished piece be? Thank you for your time in replying.

I need a 21” X 25” piece of 28ct. cloth to stitch Santa’s Magic by Mirabelia . Can I procure this through your site, or do I need to just order 1 yard X 27 “piece of fabric and cut it down to size?
