CRS 1713 Part 2 a Cross Stitch Pattern by Jan Hicks Creates

Part 2 Stitch Count: 160 x 242 40 ct (over 2) - 8 x 12.1 in. 14 ct (over 1) or 28 ct (over 2) - 11.4 x 17.3 in. 46 ct (over 2) - 7 x 10.5 in. 16 ct (over 1) or 32 ct (over 2) - 10 x 15.1 in. 18 ct (over 1) or 36 ct (over 2) - 8.9 x 13.4 in. Complete Design Stitch Count: 160 × 874 Part 2 of CRS 1713 is filled with many wonderful creatures, swans, a stag, multiple peacocks and many birds. This section also has a wreath with the state date of the sampler, 1712. Part 2 is a little bigger than Part 1, but still a manageable size, I believe. The second photo shows the first two parts together. Please note that the bottom of some of the motifs from Part 1 are at the top of Part 2. This is due to the wreath filling in some of the area from Part 1. There are a few places where backstitch decorates some of the motifs. If you are using the black and white copy, note that you will stitch the backstitch using the same color that is used for the cross stitch in that area. There will be two more parts. The total stitch length for all four parts is noted above. The model is stitched on 46 ct Antique Button Med Dark by Mason Linens using Hand-dyed Fiber silks. I have also provided the conversion to DMC as well as Au Ver a Soie 100.3 silk.
