Ornamentsa Cross Stitch Kit by Design Works

This may be a very silly question but I'm newer to cross stitch and want to make a stocking for my daughter, is there a way to be attach this to a stocking I can buy in the store? Or is this an be actual stocking that can be filled with items? Thanks for your help!
