Les petites croix de lucie duckie pattern

Has anyone stitched this adorable pattern? I have a question. The info. states that this is about 4" x 5" on 14 ct.aida cloth. In the photos, it shos the finished pattern on a large tote bag. The finished pattern on the bag has to be at least 3 times larger than the finished pattern dimensions listed. Is the bag like a 5 count aida cloth (if there even is such a thing)? I'm just trying to figure out how they've enlarged this pattern so much. Thanks to anyone who can answer!
