Faith and Hopea Cross Stitch Pattern by Imaginating

This is the second Imaginating pattern I'm stitiching and love the look of these. Someone else previously commented that there is an error on the right side of the pattern which fortunately I caught before I started stitiching. The simplicity of the design and verse if lovely. I have one of the Christmas patterns to stitch next.

I'm still working on mine. I think it's beautiful. I'm not as creative as the other reviewers, so far I'm following the exact color instructions.

Stitched this for my DD. *Warning* there is a break in the pattern on the left border. Had to rip out half the stitching when I reached the bottom and realized it wasn't right. I changed the wing by adding speckling of two other lighter shades of the turquoise and ditched the backstitching there. You will need two skeins of the color for the flowers and vine. Buy the skeins at the same time to avoid variations. I also added a french knot with the darkest color for the bird's eye. Love the color choices.

I absolutely loved this project that I did for a friend. I stitched on 18 count medium taupe Aida that I had and it looked beautiful with the colors. I did add a green 2 shades lighter than the turquoise to the blank spots on the leaves and a soft pink to the blank spots on the flowers and it looks like an old time sepia print that's been hand painted for accent. It really looks great and my friend just loved it. djlNH
