Feathered Friends Snowmana Cross Stitch Kit by Mill Hill

I have loved working on this guy. I switch between working one this size to a smaller project so I feel like I am getting projects done. I have learned to not do traditional start at the center. Shading can sometimes get confusing so I choose to start at top and work my way down with only one color at a time and sometimes only one length of floss at a time. I also make a copy of pattern and draw lines on stitches that are done. I also highlight all beads with yellow so I know I don’t have a stitch there.

I loved the shading of the snowman. The tree had lots of beads which made it sparkle.
