Easy with some adjustments
I did this one for a friend as a Christmas gift. The timing was "perfect" as she had just lost one of her younger brothers and the sentiment echoed the footprints he left behind.
I stitched it on 18 count Aida and used an 8×10 mat and 11×14 frame. The mat was just a bit too narrow for the picture (a couple of words were slightly cut off), so this tells me the measurements provided are not exactly accurate.
The flowers on the bottom are supposed to be French knots and I hate doing the knots (there are a lot). My fiance asked if those areas could just be stitched instead, which is what I did. It turned out fine that way. I am a fanatic about having the back be almost as neat as the front, but that's not as possible with this pattern on the bottom with the flowers.
Also, I would suggest using highlighters to mark the patterns in n the kokopeli's tunic. It makes them a lot easier to follow as they are in a diagonal line.
