Hanging Succulentsa Cross Stitch Pattern by Shannon Christine Designs

Not sure how to get both scans to attach for my question. On the instructions with the picture showing where the different colors of floss goes with the symbols shown on the attached scan, there is a circle with a dot, I don't know what that is supposed to be as it is not shown on the symbol key for the design on the attached scan. Also, I ordered everything on the list per this website, only to find out that I needed a bright white and ebony floss, why was this not on the list to order? Lastly, apparently I am also to add beads to the picture, that wasn't on the supply list and I don't know where to put them on the picture. Thank you!
