I Asked Jesusa Cross Stitch Pattern by Stoney Creek

Most Stoney Creek designs use multiple colors that are different shades of a color so it takes time and skill to follow the pattern. I use different color highlighters to mark the stitches I have completed. The result of any Stoney Creek design is worth the effort.

This was the first pattern I ever did, many years ago. I made it again this year, but changed the words this time, for my preacher's wife for Christmas. Took about a week and a half, stitching after work. The first one, 30+ years ago, took me almost a month of doing little else. I've learned at lot in 30 some years.... I love it. One of my favorite ever patterns. My mother has my original, but this is my new version.
