Fun Stitch
The pattern is whimsical and truly a fun stitch. For a more festive look, I chose to stitch on 14 ct. opalescence fabric. I even entered it in my local fair and won 1st place!

Perfect
I searched a long time for a suitable picture for my parakeets Xmas stocking. I just cut the pic up a little and did a lot of counting to get it centered. I put JINGLE, then pic of first two birds , then BIRDS, then pic of last 3 birds at bottom of stocking. I am almost done and it is looking good and we will be all set for next Xmas.

The Jingle Birds
I've found these type of cross-stitch projects make a perfect means of celebrating each of my (3) sisters. I find kits that "fit the mood", break them into individual pieces, and create their personalized holiday ornaments for them. They actually treasure the efforts and final product. Each year, they display the ornaments (framed, etc.) around their homes. I've been doing this for well over 2 decades now. Just a little something that a brother can do to let his sisters know just how much he appreciates each and every one of them.
