Very Colorful
I'm working on this and it is a lot of fun. There are a number of 1/4 stitches, though, which I don't like.

Stitches?
This pattern keeps catching my interest so I plan to order it. Could anyone tell me if it consists of whole stitches only? If there are any quarter stitches, are there many? I love the bright colors that the pattern uses.
Beads Vs French knots
I do not know how to do French knots so I am going to use Mill Hill beads. Since there is a lot of red in the picture what color beads would work on the tree?
