Cross Stitch pre-quilted fabric

I am new/beginner to cross stitching but really enjoy doing it. I have a really dumb question: I ordered a pre-quilted, stamped baby crib cover, my question is how do I stitch this so it does not show on the back side of the crib cover?? The last one I did was not pre-quilted so I was able to stitch just fine from front to back so just had some one quilt for me covering the back with fabric. Any suggestions?
