Lace Traces~Shades of Jadea Cross Stitch Pattern by Gracewood Stitches

Shades of Jade' is the first in a new series of designs stitched in the Assisi style where the background is stitched while the motif is left blank. The more I design and stitch patterns using this style the more I am enjoying the dramatic effect that they can achieve.
Looking great stitched and framed or made into a pillow, I'm planning on making several patterns the same size in varied colors and making them into quilt blocks to create a wall hanging. I hope you'll find creative ways to use these 'Lace Traces' yourself.
