Let's Purra Cross Stitch Kit by Imaginating

Made for our youngest daughter in black (cat is black) and she loved it. Was able to insert her cat's name into pattern. She loved it. Not too tough at all!

Since most of the piece is backstitch, it was only the need for multiple quarter stitches for the few parts that were filled in with cross stitch that made this anything more than very easy. I enjoyed how quickly it went. After just a few sessions, the shape was becoming clear and after that every time I was able to put in another hour or so noticeable progress was made. the final product is going to be a gift for a cat-lover, and I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

Just completed this and enjoyed it very much. Intend to applique it onto a cushion for a gift. Would do it again and probably use a different colour cloth and thread just for a change of scene.

I purchased this kit as a gift for my daughter who just got her first cat. The kit is easy in that it is worked in only one color. I ws surprised that it wasn't a lot of cross-stitches - it is completely mainly using back stitches. So the counting and the 1/4 and 1/2 stitiches that fill some of the letters made it (for me) averago difficulty. The finished effect is really neat!
