I like this to some degree but am somewhat uncomfortable with the busyness of the work. It is easy to follow; the directions are simplistic and the colors are cheerful.

Floss colors
I'm about to start this project. I got a mixture of Crescent Colours and converted DMC floss. Now I notice that, while the design picture appears to have a lot of pinkish color (dress, flowers), my floss is mostly violet and purple. For example, the Heatherleigh conversion is DMC 3836, which is a light violet, with no other mix in. If anyone has made this, is yours pinkish of violet-y? I'm wondering if I should go nuts and get some more pinkish floss, or is the picture color misleading and I should go ahead with the violets. Thoughts before I head off into the ditch?

This is a beautiful letter. As I as reading the details, I saw "Project Size: 5.0" x 7.1" on 32cnt (over 2)". What does "(over 2)" mean?
