A week or so I posted a message on this site.
As yet I have not heard from you. It was in regard to the kit ' Light of Love
I was very displeased with the presentation of the threads. They were in such a tangled mess I could not work with them. I bought another kit and the same was true. I am very disappointed that you would let a thing like this tarnish your reputation as a retailer.

Can this be purchased with a 14 count fabric? If so does it come with required amount of thread? Is thread DMC brand?
