First, and perhaps most importantly, every part of this kit was generously proportioned. I have worked on kits where there is almost no fabric left around the project so that it is impossible to keep in it a hoop to work on it, or you run out of floss, and have difficulty finding exactly the right shade. In this case, there was plenty of extra space on the fabric and LOTS of floss left over. In addition to that, each little square was a project in itself, so it was easy to do a section and then come back later to work on another. I didn't get lost from one day to the next. And it was fun to see each square take shape. Definitely a fun project to work on.
