I had to find extra floss for at least 3 or 4 of the colors. Also don't like the pattern spread over the front and back of one page, rather than one large picture. It was very confusing!

Several questions about this one!!
Is this one a printed cross stitch pattern or an actual COUNTED cross stitch project? I ordered one from Amazon expecting it to be a printed pattern and got a counted cross stitch project and I don't know how to do those.
Also, how many characters will fit for the names? My son and his fiancee have 9 and 7 characters in their names alone. I could abbreviate her name to Liz if I have to, but I don't know if I want to do that if it isn't necessary.
