My Mother's Garden 2a Cross Stitch Pattern by Northern Expressions Needlework

Bought this pattern. When received, material was not in one piece, but in two lengths. Could not use and had to purchase new material.

I am desperately trying to find the Weeks Dye Works or Carrie's creations thread supply list for this design. I cannot find it anywhere Does anyone know where I can get it and the thread or thread pack for this design but Northern Expressions???
