Do not recommend! The colored picture is incredibly blurry. The pattern is the worst I've ever tried to work from and I have done numerous elaborate and detailed projects over the years. There are no quarter stitches or backstitching marked on the pattern at all and when I got to the stars on the shield, no matter how far away I stood they did not look like stars because the pattern shows full stitches. I gave up on the project altogether. I thought if I changed the font of the name and dates it would look more dignified, but I did not get that far. Note to self: do not purchase 'virtual stitched model' kits because this one is a bust.

Due to the multiple colors in a 10 block square grid, it is very time consuming. The overall look was worth it. It gave the colors depth as oppose to a flat look. It was a gift for a brother-in-law and niece who both served in the Navy. I hope it will be a family heirloom and passed down through their family. Being it is a circle and working in a grid pattern there is always the worry that the circle did not meet up correctly. Check and check again to save you from ripping a portion out.

I've just started, but I'm not pleased as of yet. I started in the middle, as usually, and it appears the image used was blurry. I'm putting purple where there should be red! I'm hoping to come back and give another review when I get more completed. Maybe when I get more of it completed, it'll look more cohesive :(

Haven't started this yet. Will make for my husband, brother and nephew.
