This pattern is a double-sided, single page. The first side is the cover page. It contains a full color photo of the stitched design. The back side contains a black-and-white chart; the stitch count and sizes of stitched areas for 14-count, 18-count and 20-count; a color/symbol legend with DMC color numbers and descriptions; and basic instructions. The basic instructions include how to assemble the bookmark.
