October Curlsa Cross Stitch Pattern by Bent Creek

This small beautiful fall design caught my attention right away! The model was stitched on 32 ct. Country French Cafe Mocha linen which does look great, but because of the cost I will probably use a more simpler fabric. Six colors of floss from Gentle Art and one color of floss from Weeks Dye Works were used in this design. Hand-dyed floss can really add more definition and personality to many designs than regular floss can. I really like using the special hand-dyed floss! But ... you need to know when using this floss complete each cross stitch before moving to the next.

I am a huge fan of BentCreek patterns. I ordered October Curls and Noverber Twirls. I have completed both pictures, framed them and have given them to my daughters to celebrate the beginning of fall. Can't go wrong with this pattern.

It's great for a small, quick project.
