Parker's Stockinga Cross Stitch Pattern by Shepherd's Bush

I ordered the kit not realizing that none of the colors would match what’s on the pattern as they are all substitutes. I don’t know how to match the colors I received with the pattern...very unsatisfactory. I paid for the charm pack and did not receive it yet no refund? Two of the colors are out of stock or not available. Why is this sold as a kit when it’s not? So disappointed after spending $56!
