Perfect Gifta Cross Stitch Pattern by Imaginating

Patricia - how far down did you drop the basket - as I think that would be a great idea as I plan on making this without the saying and dropping the basket would be ideal, but as I'm a relative newbie I don't know how far down I should drop basket thanks if you read this.

I made a lot of changes to this one. I dropped the basket down, added a lion and a lamb, one on each side of the basket. I moved the lettering above the basket in the tree limb area. I made the side borders the same as the one on the right and the top/bottom borders the same as the side border on the left. For me this was a little more than average because of the changes. Tried to upload a photo but it wouldn't go into the "add a photo" box

This was easy and fast to do. My friends daughter just loved it and it's still in her room after 2 yrs.

I also changed this to make it for a girl. The blanket I made 2 shades of pink, the flowers and the rattle are purple and the birds are 2 shades of yellow. The rest I left as is. It came out beautiful!

It is very nice

I am changing the colors to make them more appropriate for a little girl. I love the design and the pattern is easy to work from.
