I started this project as a labor of love. My Mom was from Portland, my Dad was stationed there in the early 1950's. It is very beautiful! Looks just the way I remember it. Everyone thinks it is a picture until they look closely at it. Will be entering in our county fair this year! Thank you for such a beautiful picture!
