I'm having trouble getting the snaps off once the aida cloth is snapped on. Help.

This will be my 2nd set of these. I broke 1 piece of the others. They are wonderful & so much better than a regular hoop. They crease the fabric less & I think they are easier to hold.

Q Snap - Pros/Cons?
For many years, I have stitched without a hoop or frame. I'm working on a larger than usual project (for me, anyway) and I was looking at the Q Snap "hoops" and wondering - do any of you use them? What are the pro's and con's? Just curious because they are a bit of an investment for me. Thanks in advance for any info you care to share!
