Lovely Piece
Stitching this project in memory of a deceased friend, I made it even more personal by adding my favorite quotation to the bottom. There was sufficient fabric to allow me to relocate the center point of the design and add two lines of words, as well as the author's name. The finished product is stunning and one-of-a-kind.

I just finished this, and it is beautiful. I wish I could upload a photo of it and how pretty it is all framed up. The pattern is easy to follow. I like how the thread is pre-sorted. This project took about a month to complete.

I purchased this pattern as a gift for one of the stitchers on the chat who had been hospitalized. She never told me if she received it but thought she might have. I have also ordered it for another stitcher that wasn't able to afford stitching supplies. She did not seem impressed according to her post. So, to make a long story short, I think that it is a lovely pattern. I considered purchasing it but do not like kits. I much prefer linen and do not like the "rationing" of floss. I love roses and might get it yet and substitute.

Rose Cutting … AWSOME!!
This is a beautiful project. It’s definitely one of my favorites and down through the years I’ve done many cross stitch projects. It looks so realistic, and, you’re not short on floss. The fine details really brings this piece to life. It was a bit time consuming, but when I completed it …. WOW! It was definitely worth the time and effect. I did this piece last year after seeing this cross stitch kit on the internet. I loved it from the time I spotted it and felt I’d love it even more actually making it. And I absolutely do! Absolutely! I sent a picture to share. I was going to gift this to a friend. Changed my mind, I’ll keep this one for myself. 😂
I hope to have it framed soon. The prices for custom framing, as I’m sure you all know, can be a little costly.
I see Everything Cross Stitch has this cross stitch kit, I just happen to see it as part of the many kits they sell, and that’s what triggered me to do this post.

Can you change the fabric to 10 ct aida? Also add the needed threads for the bigger fabric.

I'm new to cross stitch. Is the canvas printed so I will know what colors to use where? Does cross stitch always need a hoop? If so, does this kit come with one?
