Hello!!
I was on a thread here earlier about making this piece! I made three of these last winter...one for each of my children...I used the linen and the Gentle Art Sampler thread...I had to use DMC red because they were out of the Gentle Art Sampler thread. It was my first time using linen, and thanks to my Mom's magnifying contraption it went well! Thank you for all the suggestions and encouragement!!! I can't wait to give these to my kids and their families on Christmas eve!!!

Help!!!
Hello! I have never stitched on linen before and am curious if people find it a lot harder? Also, I am being offered the DMC numbers instead of the Gentle Art Sampler thread...I'm curious if it is different to use and if the DMC colors are the same shades. I love the whole look of this project and want to do one for each of my children. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
