very disappointed when I found out it takes special "water color" thread. It would be very nice if the thread was offered when the pattern is purchased. Thread is expensive - almost too expensive for doing this pattern

This will be my next project to enjoy. I am unsure how to pick DMC colors. You used a different brand of colors.Help me on this....otherwise I would give you a 5 rating.

This is a pretty sampler, but the recommended 18 count fabric makes a large piece. I think I will probably stitch on 28 count over 2 (to make it smaller) and use Waterlilies instead of Watercolors.

This sampler was so much fun to do. I loved all the different designs that come alive as you stitch and not too repetitive. My only problem is I used too dark a linen because I had it on hand and some of the soft colors don't show up as much as I would them to.
