The Lady of Shallot symbols

Hi there! I was given this cross stitch as a Christmas gift and I've only just got around to start the prep for it. I am seeing a major discrepancy between the number of colors provided vs the color symbol chart shown. I only show 29 colors and symbols on my legend, yet looking at the pattern, I can already see symbols which are not shown in my list. The front page states that there are 75 colors needed in this pattern. Can you please look into this for me. Please see the attached photo
