Nice saying.
The area under the saying in one color I didn’t like. Takes away from the beauty of picture.

A thought to remember
I like Imaginating charts. I started stitching this when my husband died unexpectedly. It helped with my grief.

A family favorite
This is a favorite among the ladies (young and old!) In my family and I'm currently on my third one since I've given the first two away. One went to my mother, one to one of my daughters and this one is for me although it may go to one of my granddaughters since she especially loves this one too! I made a few changes in the colors and changed some of the full cross stitches to quarter or half cross stitches to soften the curves in the flowers and leaves. I've made a note of those changes along with a picture under the chat. I love the quote from Emerson since it is so like one of my favorite scripture readings: Be still and know that I am God.

Better with minor color changes
I am currently working on the third one since it is a favorite in my family and I have given two away! However, I did make a few changes in the colors to give it more depth. I used 18 count oatmeal Aida cloth and used DMC 3750 (dark blue on petals) instead of both 3821 and 3776, DMC 3761 (light blue as contrast on petals) instead of 677, and DMC 676 (old gold in the centers) instead of 3031 for the flowers and outlined both the flowers and the flower stems with the DMC 3750. I also used DMC 934 (black avocado green) instead of 3031 and DMC 3782 (light mocha brown) instead of 597 (turquoise) on the large butterfly wings and body and outlined with DMC 934. I also used DMC 934 for the wording. The DMC 934 shows up as a rich dark brown instead of green and complements the lighter greens. The changes in the colors of the butterfly wings were happy mistakes and seemed to make the butterfly come alive.

Beautiful when complete.
I am in the process of working this piece on white fabric and using my own colors. When finished and framed it will be beautiful. However, I am not enjoying this piece as much as I have others. I do not like the way the backstitching is done and am looking forward to getting it finished and starting something I will look forward to taking out and working on each day.

Looking forward to working this.
I just received this pattern in the mail yesterday. I am going to work it on white fabric because I am umable to go to the store at this time and white is all I have. Hopefully it will look just as good. May even change some of the colors. I have done very difficult pieces so I should have no problem with this.

Just as I pictured it
I am really excited to begin stitching this piece. It is as beautiful as I anticipated.

Very beautiful and calming!
Love the beauty of this cross stitch. The colors are soft and helps me to settle down into a pattern that reflects my Christian beliefs in such a stunning way. There's a degree of challenging work but the end result will be worth it. Joan

I love the muted colors and the words expressed. Average degree of difficulty with beautiful results. Doreen

This pattern is very easy to read and follow. The muted floss tones are lovely. The quote is inspiring and a good reminder.

This prayer reads to me for times of FEAR and when I get silent and ask in prayer the Fear is removed because we have become quiet and heard the whisper of God, patterns from Everything Crossstitch has been above my expectations... I will continue to order from them.

I am totally impressed with most everything that I have seen. I have cross-stitched for years and looked for the things that I am now seeing.
