These are wonderful to work. I worked them on 16 count dirty linen and they are beautiful. I used 3 strands of floss and it raised each mitten up a little from the fabric and effect was exactly what I wanted. I made them into jar toppers and will give them as gifts with candy inside. the little charm on each mitten added the special finished look. Details on this little project are incredible. Didn't take more than a day (off and on - or less) for each mitten. Again, another great beginner project.

Fabric Mittens #143
Hi,
I recently purchased this pattern and I am so disappointed to learn the fabric the pattern calls for is no longer made. It calls for Woodland Green Heatherfield. I have searched sites for other 10 ct. Aida cloth in dark green with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
