About this item
Create a beautiful quilt top using this great kit. It consists of individual squares to stitch and join together to form a quilt top. The stitching designs have been stamped using ink that washes away with any liquid and the fabric is a cotton/poly blend broadcloth. This package contains twelve 9x9 inch quilt squares, instructions for completion and care and complete list of DMC floss requirements. Material for stripping, backing, batting, hoop, needle, thread and floss all sold separately.

Approximate quilt requirements (assembled with 3" stripping): Twin – 4 pkg; Full – 5 pkg; Queen – 6 pkg; King – 6 pkg.

I think it is going to be a beautiful quilt but I wish I had of paid attention to the size of the squares. I was use to doing 18 inch squares and just not crazy about doing the 9 inch squares. I will be sure and pay attention to it the next time.

I'm planning on making a quilt using this block as the every other block in an Irish Chain design, basically the white block of this design...how many do I need for an XL Twin bed? Thanks, Susan
